How to programme a CNC machine

CNC Represents computer numeric control, in this a machine is controlled by a computer with the help of a part program. CNC machine consistent of a control unit MCU( machine control unit) and a machine tool. MCU is the brain which read the part programs and decodes it to control the machine motion.
Here we provide basic of CNC programming in this chapter we under stand important G and M codes and there uses.
A part program consists of blocks of command in wich we use G and M code
G codes are known as program code and M code are known as machine code . G codes operates the process function and M code operates machine function.
Often used G codes are
G00 for rapid motion
G01 for Linear interpolation
G02 for circular interpolation clockwise
G03 for circular interpolation anti clockwise
G40 for tool nose compensation cancel
G41 for tool nose compencation Left
G42 for tool nose compencation Right
G80 for canned cycle cancel
G81 for drill canned cycle
G84 for tapping canned cycle
G90 for absolute  programming position
G91 for incremental program position

Important M codes

M00 for stop a program
M03 for start spindle clockwise
M04 for start spindle counterclockwise
M05 for stop the spindle
M06 for tool change command
M08 for coolant ON command
M09 for coolant OFF command
M30 for end program and rewind to beginning of program

These are some important G and M codes for CNC programming which we need to know before making a program

Gurmit ram rahim .. baba ya dhongi



गुरुमीत राम रहीम सिंह ये नाम आज चर्चाओ में है। हरियाणा और आस पास के इलाके जल रहे है। कौन है ये एक बाबा, सिंगर, एक्टिर या ढोंगी? करोड़ो की संपत्ति का मालिक आलीशान जिंदगी कमांडो नाम से पाले हुए गुंडे। क्या ये बाबा है या आस्था का धंदा करने वाला एक और ढोंगी बाबा ।  प्यारी जनता भगवान में भरोसा रखो मगर अपने भरोसे के लिये यू ही किसी इंसान को भगवान मत बनाओ।
खुद को भगवान बताने वाले के चेलो का हैवान वाला कार्ये पूरा देश देख रहा है पंचकूला की सड़कों पर इनका तांडव क्या ये इंसानियत है। अगर किसी इंसान ने कुछ गलत किया तो उसे सजा मिलनी चाहिए और जनता को ऐसे गलत कार्ये करने वालो का समर्थन नही करना चाहिए।
एक और तो हमारी जनता किसी बलात्कारी को सज़ा दिलाने के लिये कैंडिल मार्च में मोमबती जलाते है और आज एक बलात्कारी को बचाने के लिये बसे जला रहे है।
कितना अजीब है ये की किसी को  कोर्ट से मिली सज़ा के खिलाफ सड़को पर तांडव है। उससे ज्यादा अजीब है कि सरकार और प्रसाशन क्या कर रही थी। जब सारे देश को आभास था तो क्या सरकार को कोई अंदेशा नही था।
लेकिन जब अफसर और सरकार इस बाबा के चरणों मे माथा टेकते हो तो क्या वो कुछ सख्त कर सकते है। इस बाबा की ताकत है उसका वोट बैंक इसके समर्थक जो इसके एक इशारे वोट डालते है।
शायद इसी कारण सरकार भी कुछ नही कर पायी।
मगर जनता क्यो पागल होती है ऐसे बाबो के लिये ये समझ पाना मुश्किल है। और ये बाबा भोली भाली जनता को बेवकूफ बना करोड़ो अरबो की संपत्ति खड़ी कर देते है।
सावल यही की जिमेदार कौन?

Train rail or derailed

 छुक छुक छुक रेलगाड़ी।
दौड़ी दौड़ी सरपट दौड़ी रेलगाड़ी।।
खुशियो की ये रेलगाड़ी , रेलगाड़ी।
दौड़ी दौड़ी सरपट दौड़ी रेलगाड़ी।।
अपनो को ये अपनो से मिलती।
खुशियो को ये पास लाती।।
छुक छुक करती जाती।
दूर दूर की सैर कराती।।
अहा ये क्या क्यो रोक गयी ये रेलगाड़ी।
बिखरे डब्बे जैसे ताश के पत्ते।।
लहू लुहान इतने क्यो सब हुए।
रोते बच्चे दर्द से करहाते लोग।।
किसकी ये गलती किसका है दोष।
मंत्री , अफसर या कर्मचारी।
किसकी  है  ये  जिम्मेदारी।।
है भूल या कोई साज़िश।
या तंत्र की लापरवाही।।
कौन सुनेगा किसे सुनाये।
दर्द अब अपना किसे बताये।
जाँच होगी , मुआवज़ा मिलेगा।
लेकिन बिछड़ा अपना वो कहा मिलेगा।।
प्रभु तेरे भरोसे थी एक उम्मीद जगाई।
तूने भी प्रभु भरोसे छोड़ दी रेल भाई।।
माना तूने जी जान लगाई।
मगर न बदल सका स्तिथि तो।
तो किस काम की वो है

Blue whale game, is it a challenge or a planned murder ? Recently we heard many news about this game. Many teenager are commuting suicide because of the challenge of blue whale game. Not only in India it is the problem world wide. But the point is that what government official are doing , why the don't ban this blue whale challenge? How this game is available to download? 

Now another question is that what is blue whale game? Blue whale game began in 2013 in Russia in a group of a social network.

In this game challenger or participants are given task by administration. There are around 50 task in blue whale challenge , like walk up at 4:20am , scratch a message on own arm, cut your lip, don't talk with any one all day and many more.

But now the question is that what the parants or guardian are doing ? They are not observing their kids.
Who is responsible for that?  kid , game , goverment or parant?

Please be aware? Take care of your kids, observe there activity, look what they are doing on mobile or net what kind of game they are playing.

yoga has been an important part of Indian culture over 5000 year.there are many form of yoga karma yoga, bhakti yoga, sankhya yoga , hath yoga, astang yoga there are different types and discipline of yoga.there are many books of yoga some of them are patanjali yoga sutra, hatpardipika , gaurakshsanita etc.some famous name of yoga literature are maharishi pantanjali, sawatmaram , guru gaurakhnath who work for yoga and compile  it in there book.

Underscoring the fact that global health is a long-term development objective that requires closer international cooperation through the exchange of best practices aimed at building better individual lifestyles devoid of excesses of all kinds, Recognizing that yoga provides a holistic approach to health and well-being.

BKS Iyengar-

Born: 14 December 1918 ,Died: 20 August 2014One of the most famous yoga teacher who is popular in india as well as in abroad. He is one who populariz yoga in abroad also.He gifted a version of yoga known as 'Iyengar Yoga'. He died at the age of 95 and he performed yoga in that age also.




Sri Sri Ravi Shankar-

Born: 13 May 1956 (age 61)He is the founder of art if living , he known for his famous breathing practice called 'Suddarshan kriya' He developed it when he was practicing salience for 10 days.

Baba Ramdev-

Born: 25 December 1965One of the most famous yoga teacher , he is the person who brought back yoga to the mainstream by his yoga camps.
He is the founder of patanjali yoga trust. Who is spreading awareness towards swadeshi.

Born: 3 September 1957he is  popularly known as sadguru, he is the founder of Isha Foundation , Isha foundation offers the yoga program around the world...A adi yogi Shiva 112 ft tall statue desined by sadguru jaggi vaudev located at Coimbatore in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
