Yoga has different parts like pranayama, dhayan, aashan, Samadhi etc which make our body free from illness as well as give peace of mind and improve efficiency of our body and mind. daily practice of dhayan and yoga can improve our life a lot. Yoga is not related to any religion it is related to humanity. if you are not expert of yoga, it should be practiced with the help of any yoga guru (teacher). Or you can learn this from books, Videos, or online. Try to select a good guru for learning yoga.
